Map View Options
In the Map tab, in the bottom left corner, you can use the Map Toolbar icons and zoom buttons to modify your view in various ways.

The Show/Hide Traffic Layer option is available only for Service Board tenants that use MapBox for map rendering. Additionally, the icon is disabled and traffic routes are not rendered for very small zoom levels.
