Exposing the Service Board URL to Partner Communities
To expose the Service Board URL to partner communities:
1. On the Salesforce Setup page, in the left pane, click Platform Tools > Feature Settings > Digital Experiences > All Sites, and then in the list view, in the row for the partner community whose URL you want to expose, click Builder.
2. In Experience Builder, in the left pane, click Settings, and then on click Navigation > Default Navigation.
3. In the Menu Editor dialog box, in the left pane, click Add Menu Item, and then in the right pane, under Menu Item, complete the fields as follows and clickSave Menu.
