Enabling the Set as Primary Resource Menu Option
To save time and effort for dispatchers who have a need to set or change Primary Resource assignments in the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, you can enable the Set as Primary Resource option on the Resource menu.
To enable the Set as Primary Resource menu option:
1. In Max Designer, click Developer Tools (

) > > .2. In the list view, click Set as Primary Resource, and then on the record page, on the System Info tab, select Active.
3. In the top left corner, click Save and Close (
