Configuring Real-Time Sync for the Work Order Resource Object
The Flow for the Work Order Resource object is supported in Service Board Extension package versions SVMXSB 25.10003 and later, and the field set for this object is supported in ServiceMax package versions SVMXC 25.19140 and later. If your Salesforce org has these package versions installed, no additional manual configuration is required to enable real-time sync. Otherwise, you must manually configure the custom field set and Flow to configure real-time sync for the Work Order Resource object.
To configure real-time sync for the Work Order Resource object:
1. Follow the steps in Configuring Real-Time Sync to Support Custom Fields on SFDC to create the following custom field set for the Work Order Resource object (SVMXC__Work_Order_Resource__c):
◦ Work Order Resource Name (Name)
◦ Resource Preference Type (SVMXC__Preference_Type__c)
◦ Technician (SVMXC__Group_Member__c)
◦ Work Order (SVMXC__Work_Order__c)
2. Follow the steps in Configuring Real-Time Sync Filtering With Flows to configure a Flow for the Work Order Resource object.

After you upgrade your SVMXSB package version to version 25.10003 or later, be sure to delete or deactivate the custom field set and Flow that you previously configured for real-time sync support for the Work Order Resource object.
