Configuring Maximum Appointment Selection Count
Provides administrators with configuration instructions for managing the bulk appointment selection feature. This section covers how to set the Maximum Appointment Selection Count setting, which controls the number of appointments dispatchers can select and move at one time. Administrators can customize this limit between 2 and 150 appointments based on organizational needs.
The number of appointments a dispatcher can select at once is controlled by the Maximum Appointment Selection Count setting. This is the same setting used for multi-select in the regular calendar, and it also applies to bulk selection in the Dependent Jobs Calendar and the Service Task Planning Calendar.
To configure the Maximum Appointment Selection Count setting:
1. Go to Max Designer > Administration > Setting.
2. On the settings list view, search and select the Maximum Appointment Selection Count record.
3. On the record view, set the expected value on the Default Value field. The value must be a number from 2 to 150.
4. Click the Save Setting and Close button.

If Dispatcher selects more appointments than the configured Maximum Appointment Selection Count, all selected appointments are automatically deselected. Dispatchers can select only up to the configured maximum number of appointments.
