Assigning Shift Plans to Resources
After you create Resources, you can assign shift plans to technicians and equipment. You can assign shift plans by using Max Designer or user parameters. To assign shift plans to large numbers of Resources, you can use Mass Update.
To assign a shift plan to a Resource:
1. In Max Designer, on the Developer Tools (
) launchpad menu, click Object Designer, and then on the object design page, in the left pane, search for and click Resource.

3. On the Resource page, in the Shift Plan field, select the shift plan you want to assign.
4. In the Shift field, select the shift to which you want to assign the Resource, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close(
