Appendix E: Service Board Logging
You can configure and use logging for Service Board tenants with custom validators and System Jobs. On the Max platform, certain log types are recommended for specific purposes, as follows:
• User Activity Logs: Track user activity in separate Application Log records to support visualization and aid with troubleshooting.
• System Jobs: Track specific activity for scheduled System Jobs.
• System Application and Slf4j: These logs are not recommended for tenants with custom validators, Event Handlers, and System Jobs.
• Change Logs: You can enable these logs to capture the change histories of individual records. These logs show every change made to a record, which is helpful for troubleshooting.
