Accessing the Job Application on Cluster Tenants

Service Board uses the EMP service to receive platform events from Salesforce. If your implementation has production tenants deployed in clusters, the EMP runs on the job application in the cluster. To perform programmatic administration tasks for the EMP service in clustered configurations, you must access the job application from within the cluster.

To access the job application on cluster tenants:

• Log into Service Board, and then in your web browser, in a new browser tab or the current tab, append -job to the tenant prefix, for example:

https://myserviceboard-job.eu.servicemax.io/
