Configuring Service Analytics Dashboards
The following steps must be performed to access the Service Analytics dashboards.
1. Enable the CRM Analytics Studio license on your organization instance. Contact your Salesforce partner to procure the license.
2. Install the ServiceMax Core Service Analytics extension package on top of your ServiceMax Core 23.1 or later server package. For more information, refer to the Install Service Analytics Package section.

Note: The Service Analytics package must be installed only on the ServiceMax Core 23.1 or later server package version.
3. Assign permission sets for using CRM Analytics. For more information, refer to the Assign Permission Sets for CRM Analytics section.
4. Enable CRM Analytics from your Org. For more information, refer to the Enable CRM Analytics section.
5. Create a CRM Analytics application in Analytics Studio using the Service Analytics template. For more information, refer to the Create Service Analytics App section.
6. Add the Service Analytics dashboard to the ServiceMax Core Analytics app. For more information, refer to the View Service Analytics Dashboards section.
