Work Order Qualification for Scheduling
This section describes how work orders are considered for scheduling by RTO.
RTO considers the work orders that meet the following criteria for scheduling:
The Dispatch Process field of the work order matches the dispatch process ID of the RTO job.
Work Order Qualification for Dispatch Process
A work order qualifies for a dispatch process when the following conditions are true:
The following work order fields are blank:
Dispatch Process
Technician
Service Team
Scheduled Date Time
Driving Time
OptiMax Status
OptiMax Error Text
Scheduling Status
Scheduling Change Token
Locked By DC
Lock Appointment Schedule
Primary Territory matches a territory assigned to an active dispatch process.
The work order satisfies the entry criteria of the matched dispatch process.
If the above conditions are true, the Dispatch Process field of the work order is set to the ID of the relevant dispatch process.
Changing Qualification Criteria of Unscheduled Work Orders
To change the qualification criteria of a work order and ensure that is it qualified for scheduling by RTO, a few fields of the work order that are specific to Schedule Optimization are updated. To do so, ensure that the following conditions are true:
The Primary Territory of the work order matches a territory assigned to an active dispatch process.
The work order satisfies the entry criteria of the dispatch process.
The Locked By DC field in the work order is unchecked.
The Dispatch Process field in the work order is blank.
The Lock Appointment Schedule field value in the work order is None.
