Working with the Propose Time Option
To book a fixed arrival window for a work order:

1. Open the work order for which you want to book the fixed arrival window.
2. Launch the Propose time SFM Wizard.The Propose Time page is displayed. All the available arrival windows for the active technicians in the territory are displayed for the dispatch horizon.

3. Select the arrival window by clicking the row.
4. Click Book.A confirmation message is displayed.
5. Click Yes.A success message is displayed.
6. Click OK.
