Unoptimizable Blocks in the Technician Calendar
The timeframes unavailable for automated scheduling by RTO in the technician calendars are considered as unoptimizable blocks. Unoptimizable blocks are categorized as:
• External work orders
• Time outside the business hours of the technician or the territory
• Non-work order events
RTO does not schedule any work order during these timeframes in the technician calendars. RTO respects and prioritizes the scheduling of the external work order whenever there is conflict or overlap between RTO-scheduled work orders and external work orders, which are unoptimizable blocks.
