Technician Views
You can create Technician views to view technician information and ensure that the data is complete.
To create a Technician view:
1. Click the Technician/Equipment tab on the ServiceMax Home page.
The Technician/Equipment Home page is displayed with the default Technician view.
2. Click Create New View.
3. Enter the required information for the view. The key aspect of creating the views, especially for Schedule Optimization, is selecting the right fields to display. The selected fields in the following screen are some of the fields you can select while creating a meaningful Technician view for Schedule Optimization.
With the field selection in the selection screen, the Technician view is as shown in the following screenshot.

You can select a maximum of 10 fields in a view.
You can display the appropriate technicians in the view based on the business needs using the related work order fields and via advanced expressions.
