Rescheduling Dispatched Work Orders
To enable Real-Time Optimization to reschedule a work order in Dispatched status, you must reset the scheduling information of the work order.
To reset a work order that is in Dispatched status:
1. Navigate to the work order you want to reset.
2. Click Cleaning the Dispatched work order in the SFM Wizards section.

When you click the SFM Wizard, existing scheduling in the work order is erased. RTO considers the work order for scheduling again.

To add the Cleaning the Dispatched work order
SFM custom action:
1. Define an SFM Custom Action for the Work Order object with the following attributes:
