Performing Data Checks
Perform the following data check before running a Schedule Optimization job:
1. The Business Hours field value is specified in the territory associated with the dispatch process.
2. The territory business hours must be active.
3. The business hours should not be in the 24-hour format.
4. The Locked By DC field in work orders should not be set to true.
5. The Dispatch Status field in work orders should not be set to Queued.
6. The work orders must have valid and correct address details.
7. The Scheduled Date Time field in the work orders must be blank or have a value in the future.
8. All the required number of work orders are qualified for the dispatch process.
9. Dispatch process horizons are set as per the expectations.
10. Correct Business Hours field values are specified for work orders and technicians.
11. The SLA that has been provided in the work orders is reviewed for correctness. Check whether the SLA is realistic with the dispatch process time horizon.
12. Provided preferred technicians are planned for the load and are not overloaded in capacity.
13. The Service Duration and Dispatch Priority fields are populated with correct data in work orders.
14. The QTL Status field in work orders is not set to Disallow.
