OptiMax Status
This field shows the Schedule Optimization scheduling status for the work order. The following table lists the possible values and describes their meaning.

The OptiMax Status field value is updated for RTO only.
Value
What It Means
OPT_INITIATED
Scheduling job is initiated for the work order.
OPT_QUEUED
The work order is queued for scheduling.
OPT_PENDING
The work order is not taken up for scheduling.
OPT_TENTATIVE
Schedule Optimization has started the process of scheduling the work order. Scheduling information in the work order, if any, is tentative. Scheduling is not finalized yet.
OPT_ERROR
Schedule Optimization is encountering an error while trying to schedule the work order currently. The corresponding error is updated in the OptiMax Error Text field.
OPT_SKIPPED
Work order is skipped because Preferred Start Time and Preferred End Time are outside the dispatch horizon.
OPT_COMPLETED
The work order is assigned to a technician.
OPT_UNASSIGNED
The work order is unassigned because of violations of hard constraints.
OPT_BATCH
The work order is batched.
Processing Complete
Scheduling is complete for the work order. This is applicable only for Batch Optimization.
