Locking Work Order Scheduled by Real-Time Optimization
To lock a work order that has been scheduled by RTO and to ensure that RTO does not optimize or reschedule that work order, the dispatcher can perform one of the following:
• Set the Locked By DC field in the work order to True.
• Set the Lock Appointment Schedule field value in the work order to Lock in Place.
RTO does not consider such work orders for rescheduling or for further optimizing in terms of time.
