Impact of Technician Efficiency Factor on Service Duration
Technicians work at different paces, depending on their skills and expertise. The technician efficiency factor is selected and updated in the dispatch process.
The work order's Service Duration field value is calculated based on the MTTS rule or the default service duration setting value defined in the org.
To improve the impact of technician efficiency factor on service duration:
1. Enable and update the efficiency factor criteria in the dispatch process.
2. Update the Efficiency Factor field in the technician record.

The event duration value of the work order is updated and not the service duration value.
Based on the efficiency factor, the Event Duration value is modified as follows when you run a job in Schedule Optimization:
