Deleting Dispatch Processes
To delete a dispatch process:
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Scheduling & Optimization> Dispatch Processes.
2. Click the Action Menu in the row of the dispatch process you want to clone and click Delete.A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click Delete.

ServiceMax recommends that you deactivate dispatch processes rather than deleting them. Then, you can activate the deactivated dispatch processes.
