Configuring the Legacy Dispatch Process UI as the Default UI
A new UI is introduced for managing dispatch processes. When you navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Scheduling and Optimization > Dispatch Processes, this UI is launched by default.
However, if you want to use the legacy UI for managing dispatch processes, change the value of the configuration setting SET023 (Page to Manage Dispatch Processes) (Module: ServiceMax Configuration, Submodule: ServiceMax Setup Home) to /apex/SVMXC__WORD_ManageDispatchProcess.

• The default value for this setting is /apex/SVMXC__WSCH_ManageDispatchProcess, which ensures that the new dispatch process UI is the default UI.
• If you switch to the legacy UI, the new features are not supported.
