The event trigger validates the Service Duration value of the events and displays a validation error message when the value is negative.

The Service Duration value of the event might be a negative value when the event is created with an invalid combination of the start datetime, end datetime, event duration, service duration, drive to the location, and drive to home values.For example, consider an event with the following values:

In this example, the Service Duration value is negative because there is not enough time to incorporate the drive times. Set the custom configuration setting SET00100 to False to bypass the validation for the negative Service Duration value.
