Assigned vs Unassigned WOs - Territory
This graph displays the count of assigned and unassigned work orders for the specified territories. For each territory, you can view the assigned and unassigned work orders count. You can view the unassigned work orders and take corrective actions so that the count of unassigned work orders decreases.
You can filter the report data by the following:
• Work orders: You can choose to view the report for your work orders, your team's work orders, or all work orders.
• Date and time range: You can select a date based on various work order fields (for example, resolution date), and specify a time range.
• Primary territory: You can select the territory for which you want to see the report data.
• Dispatch process: You can select the type of dispatch process for which you want to review the report data. Dispatch processes of the following dispatch methods are supported:
