Assigned vs Unassigned WOs - Total Count
This report displays the count of assigned work orders and unassigned work orders for the specified filter criteria.
You can filter the report data by the following:
• Work orders: You can choose to view the report for your work orders, your team's work orders, or all work orders.
• Date and time range: You can select a date based in various work order fields (for example, resolution date), and specify a time range.
• Primary territory: You can select the territory for which you want to see the report data.
• Dispatch process: You can select the type of dispatch process or which you want to see the report data. Dispatch processes of the following dispatch methods are supported:

◦ Real Time Optimization
◦ Long Term Planner
