Continuing the Investigation from Work Order
To continue the investigation from the work order:
1. Log in to the Salesforce org.
2. Click the Work Order tab in the toolbar.
3. Open the work order for which you want to continue the investigation and click Investigate on SFW.
The Aquant User Interface is displayed. The previous investigation information, if any, is displayed. Click Continue Investigation to continue the investigation. Perform the investigation as described in performing an investigation from the case.
4. Click Save to save the investigation information when the investigation is complete.

A new investigation record is created in the work order upon updating the investigation inherited from the case.
The previous investigation lines added in the work order or inherited from the case are removed when you save the investigation. New investigation results are added as estimated parts and labor based on the configuration settings SET002 and SET008, respectively. After the work order is reviewed and closed, information is synchronized to Remote Triage for continuous machine learning.
Work detail line is created for the investigation only if the investigation is complete and saved.
User-created parts or labor lines are not removed. The Line Source field in the Work Detail Line specifies if the line is an investigation line created by Remote Triage or a user-created line.
The Line Source field value is Remote Triage for all the Work Detail Lines created by Remote Triage.
The Line Source field is empty for all the user-created Work Detail Lines.
