What's New
Embedded Zinc in Go App
Zinc is embedded within the Go app, elevating the collaborative experience for technicians. This new feature enables instant communication across various work orders and installed products, as well as with peers and co-workers directly from any screen within the Go app. The following key features apply to only iOS and Android devices.
Key Features:
• Unrestricted Access: The Zinc button is now accessible from any screen in the Go app, offering greater flexibility. Technicians are no longer limited to initiating Zinc conversations from within a specific work order or installed product. They can access all collaborative communications directly within the Go app.
• All Conversation List: Tapping the Zinc button within a work order or installed product brings up conversations related to that record in the Zinc interface. Technicians can select 'All Conversations' to see the complete conversation history. They can also initiate a conversation.
• Easy Navigation: Technicians can toggle between Zinc conversations and the Go app, resuming right where they left off.
• Real-Time and Interactive Notifications: Technicians receive a banner notification on their device whenever a new message arrives in Zinc. Technicians can directly reply to or mute a conversation from the notification banner, offering a quicker way to manage communications.
• Customizable Settings: Technicians can easily update their Zinc-related settings such as status, profile photo, and names within the Go app itself.

Sync on Finalize for Output Document Process
The Sync on Finalize configuration is now supported for client and server generation of PDF of the output documents. Administrators can configure the Sync on Finalise option for each OPDoc process. Based on the setting selected for that process, the type of sync is triggered upon Finalize of the output documents. If Default is set, then the corresponding SET019 setting is considered.
