The cloning feature behavior is changed for technicians. Previously, after cloning a child record, the technicians were still on the original record, not on the cloned record screen. Technicians used to tap the cloned record notification to launch the cloned record.

With the latest enhancements, upon cloning a child record, technicians are redirected to the newly cloned record, streamlining the editing process and ensuring a more efficient workflow.

The behavior of the Web Service custom action is changed to display the custom error message when the Web Service invoked by a custom action fails. Previously, a generic error message was displayed for all Web Service custom action failures, making it difficult for technicians to interpret and resolve the error.

With the change in more specific error message, technicians can understand the context of the error and take efficient decision towards the next course of actions.
