13.3.0
Release Notes for ServiceMax Go App for Android and iOS 13.3.0
Release Date: March 27, 2026
What’s Enhanced – React Native upgrade to maintain compatibility with new Android device requirements
ServiceMax Go now uses React Native version 0.79, which supports Android devices with a 16 KB memory page size. This change helps ensure that the mobile app continues to install and run on newer Android devices and remains compliant with upcoming Google Play requirements.
Technicians, dispatchers, and managers use the mobile app as before and do not need to change how they work. After upgrading, users notice improved stability and more consistent behavior across newer Android devices, especially when working with screens, navigation, and camera-based features.
What’s Changed — Updated Action Sheets, Dialogs, and Alerts aligned with native iOS UI
From this release onwards, devices running iOS 26 will experience changes to certain user actions. These updates are a result of extending Go's support to iOS 26, which aligns the app with updated iOS system standards.
The following user actions are changed:
Action Sheets – Now appear centered on the screen instead of at the bottom
PDF Controls – The Close and Actions buttons are now accessed via a hamburger menu
Alerts and Dialogs – Now display rounded corners and pill-shaped action buttons
These are not Go specific customizations – they reflect standard iOS 26 UI behavior. There is no data loss or functional impact, these changes are related to visual and user action improvements.
To know more about what users will notice in the UI, refer to iOS 26 UI Changes in Go App.

Service reports did not display correctly after full-screen signing in the Go App. After opening a service report from a closed work order and expanding the signature screen to full view, the screen expanded vertically instead of switching to landscape mode, which affected the proper display of the report.
