The following table provides the details of access and permissions required for the user using the migration tool.

User Permissions Needed
To view migration status record
"Read" on ServiceMax Job
To get migration status record created
"Create" on ServiceMax Job
To delete migration status record
Admin user must have Create, Read, Update and Delete permissions
If you come across the alert message "Please Provide Connected App Access to ServiceMax Migration Tool in the login user's profile", ensure that the admin provides the required connected app permission to the logged-in user as shown in the following screen.
