Removed Data by Purge
The following data are removed from the app when you run the Data Purge activity manually. This is applicable to Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
• Events that are outside of the defined event window as configured in the Mobile Console settings.
• Child records and attachments that are related to the purged events, if they meet any one of the following conditions:
◦ The related record objects and/or their child objects are not included in the download criteria.
◦ The related records and/or their child records that no longer meet the download criteria and their last modified time is older than the specified limit.
• Advanced Download Criteria (ADC) object records related to the deleted events if their last modified date is older than the non-event window settings.
• Records that were included in Download Criteria previously but not included currently.
• The timesheet and its child records as per the value set in the SET002 settings. For example, the setting SET002 was set to 10 previously. You changed the setting value of SET002 to 3. When you perform Data Purge, the most recent three timesheets are retained and the remaining seven timesheets are deleted from the app.

• If a header record does not qualify for purging, its child object records are not purged.
• If a header object record is purged, its child object records are not purged automatically. The child records are purged based on their last modified time.
• If there is a sync running during the Data Purge activity, an alert message is displayed to wait until the sync is complete.
