Android and iOS

Technicians can print the service report by tapping the Print option in the Acrobat Reader. The device uses AirPrint/Google Cloud printers to print the service report.

• To configure a printer on iOS devices, refer AirPrint.

• To configure a printer on Android devices, refer Google Cloud Print.

Windows

There is no in-app print option with ServiceMax Go for Windows. The technician can print the service report using the Print option available in the application where the Output Document PDF opens.
