Checklists
A checklist is a set of questions or a list of tasks with associated answers or responses widely used in field service during product and site inspections.
These questions and responses can be either of the following types:
Attachment (photos and videos)
Checkbox
Date
Date-Time
Multi-select Picklist
Number
Picklist
Radio Button

To get started with the checklist, you need to perform the following:
Define and manage a question library.
Configure Checklists from the question library for different types of products, activities, and so on.
Answering these checklists by the technician at relevant stages of field service.
Generate reports from completed checklists to analyze patterns and volumes related to maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of products, technician or team.
