Checklists
A checklist is a set of questions or a list of tasks with associated answers or responses widely used in field service during product and site inspections.
These questions and responses can be either of the following types:
• Attachment (photos and videos)
• Checkbox
• Date
• Date-Time
• Multi-select Picklist
• Number
• Picklist
• Radio Button
• Text
To get started with the checklist, you need to perform the following:
• Define and manage a question library.
• Configure Checklists from the question library for different types of products, activities, and so on.
• Answering these checklists by the technician at relevant stages of field service.
• Generate reports from completed checklists to analyze patterns and volumes related to maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of products, technician or team.
