Help URLs

The Help URLs launches the associated web pages and a description of each checklist section. This requires you to configure distinct Help URLs and description for each checklist section and its questions. Entry/Exit Criteria

This feature enables you to configure entry/exit criteria for checklist sections so that only the relevant checklist questions appear when the technician answers the checklist questionnaire. For more information on how to configure a dynamic checklist questionnaire, see Dynamic Branching Checklists.

Required Questions

If there are any required questions indicated with an asterisk (*) in the checklist are not answered, an error message is displayed. Tapping the error message returns you to the question highlighted in red.

Default Answers

If you have configured the default answer value for each checklist question, then on SFM delivery, the question will be displayed with the default answer. You can edit this value. For more information on how to configure default values, see Creating Date Question.

Default Answers - Literals

This feature enables you to configure literals like Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, and Now, as default responses to only checklist questions of type Date and Date Time.

Pre-fill with Work Order Field Values

This feature enables you to configure a dynamic response to a checklist question of type Date, Datetime, Picklist, Radio Button, Number, and Text mapped from a field of an associated record. The associated record can be a work order object or any other object based on the checklist configuration. The configuration can be defined only from Form Designer.

Update Source Object Record

The source object fields will be updated with the checklist answers when the checklist is submitted. This helps in automatic updating of the source object fields without the need for manual intervention. When a checklist question is configured under the Source Object Update section for an object, and when you answer the question, the field gets updated in the corresponding object.
