Installed Base (IB) is a feature embedded within ServiceMax Go App available on Phones and Tablets. The Installed Base helps you to manage all the aspects of the Installed Product data and helps maintain the installed base information accuracy. It can be used by different types of users who need to manage, consume, or stay up to date on changes to their customer’s organization’s Installed Base. These users can be Contract Administrators, Field Technicians, Product Engineers, and so on.

The IB feature is also available in offline mode if data downloaded from the IB App is locally available on the device.

Windows
