Prerequisites for Mobile Timesheets
Before using the Mobile Timesheet feature, ensure to take care of the following steps.
• You are acquainted with the Timesheet feature and how it works on the server.
• You have configured the Timesheet Engine and it is working. The Work Order-related time entries are synced successfully on the mobile device, only if the Timesheet engine is working as expected.
• You have enabled the Timesheet feature on your Salesforce org.
Key Points to Note
• The Mobile Timesheet feature is applicable to iOS devices, Android Phones/Tablets, and Windows laptops/ Tablets.
• Mobile Timesheet currently supports Weekly timesheets. Bi-monthly and Monthly timesheets are not supported for this release.
• The week view for mobile timesheets displays the week starting with Sunday and ending with Saturday.
• You must run the ServiceMax Configurator to set up mobile timesheet-related configuration settings. For more information, see

• You must close and re-launch the app after you enable the mobile timesheet-related configuration settings and for the Timesheet navigation tab to be available on the Calendar UI.
• You must close and relaunch the ServiceMax Go app when adding or modifying Timesheet configuration settings or switching users.
• You must perform Initial Sync when modifying Timesheet configuration settings SET001 to SET006.
