Output Documents are reports built in the Output Document Designer. Output documents are configured as SFM Wizard steps and are displayed under the Actions menu. An output document is always saved as a PDF file. Available finalized service reports are accessible in the Documents tab of an SFM if the Allow Attachments option is enabled for the SFM.
