Notification Sound
Android and iOS
You can configure the settings in the notification to customize the sound that is different from the default notification sound. The setting applies to push notifications and local notifications.
To customize the notification sound in Android devices:
1. Navigate to More > Settings.
2. Tap Notification Sound. You are navigated to the device settings to choose the notification sound.

If you choose None as the sound, then the sound is not played for the notifications.

To customize the notification sound in Apple devices:
1. Navigate to More > Settings.
2. Tap Notification Sound. The app displays the following list of alert tones.

◦ Chime
◦ Notify
◦ Signal
◦ Sonar
◦ Success
