Invalid Session
Android and iOS
An invalid session is when the logged in technician's active session expires and is no more valid. When an invalid session is detected by ServiceMax Go App, it prompts the technician whether to remain logged in the app or logout of the app. The technician can choose one of the following two options:
Return to Login Screen: The technician is logged out of the app and re-directed to the login screen. Technicians must re-authenticate to regain access to the app.
Continue Working Offline: Technician remains logged in the app and can continue to work offline. Technicians must re-authenticate to perform Data Sync.
