Sync Activity Types
The dashboard displays the following sync activity of the ServiceMax Go app. The data is specific to the Salesforce org where the Mobile Console is running.
The types of sync activities are:
Configuration Sync Activity: You can use the Configuration Sync Activity dashboard to monitor whether technicians have performed the required configuration sync within specific time periods
Reset App Activity: You can use the Reset App Activity dashboard to quickly verify whether technicians have performed the required Reset App action, which is necessary to download the latest configuration updates.
The sync activity is captured:
In the last 24 hours
Between the last 24 hours and 48 hours
Earlier than 48 hours
Click Download Report to view the report in CSV format.
