Android and iOS
To Edit Header Record
1. Open Location or IB record from the IB tree.
2. Edit the record using inline edit and tap Save Changes. Smart Sync triggers automatically.
3. Go to the Files section to Add/Delete attachments or files.
4. Alternatively, you can tap the Action icon to launch any Edit SFM process. View SFM processes cannot be launched from the Action menu.
Windows
To edit header record:
1. Open Location or IB record from the IB tree.
2. Go to the Overview tab.
3. Edit the record using inline edit to enter or modify the fields.
4. Click Save Changes. Smart Sync triggers automatically.
