Manually created or edited time entries are processed by the timesheet engine during its scheduled run, which updates the Daily Summary, Business Hours, and Non‑Business Hours. Complete any pending data sync before using Refresh Timesheet so that local or unsynced time entries are included in the updated calculations. For more information, see Processing Manual Time Entries for Daily Summary and Business Hours Calculation
For time entries associated with a source record, the timesheet engine uses values from the source record unless User Override is selected. With User Override selected, the engine uses the Start and End time or Business and Non‑Business Hours duration values entered on the time entry. For more information, see Time Entries and Daily Summary Update from Source Record Updates.
