Download Timesheet on Mobile Device
To download timesheet records on the mobile device, assign SET002 - Number of Timesheets to Download (Module: ServiceMax Go; Sub-Module: Timesheets) value from 1 to 25. For more information, see Enable Timesheets on Mobile Device.
For example, if SET002 is set to 10, then the most recent 10 timesheets and its related records like timesheet daily summary and time entry records are downloaded on your mobile device.
The following behavior is observed when setting SET002 is set to the maximum, minimum, and invalid values:
• When SET002=80, max 25 timesheet records are downloaded.
• When SET002=0, min 1 timesheet record is downloaded.
• When SET002=Null or Invalid value, 5 timesheet records are downloaded.

When the timesheet settings SET001 to SET006 are modified, Initial Sync should be performed in the app. Work Order or Work Detail records associated with the timesheet are not downloaded based on SET002. It must be configured through Download Criteria.
