Completing Multiple Tasks
You can complete multiple simple tasks in one action to avoid processing each task individually. This feature becomes available only when there are eligible tasks to complete. On a dedicated screen from the Task List view, the app displays all simple tasks for a service product across all work plans that are assigned to the logged-in user, not already completed, and have valid labor details if required. Tasks are grouped by work plans and shown in task list order, excluding any work plans with no qualifying tasks. You can select one or more tasks and complete them. A confirmation prompt informs you to update time spent before proceeding. Upon confirmation, the selected tasks are marked as Completed, a toast message displays the number of tasks completed, and the system logs entries in the task status history. The modal closes, the task list refreshes, and the system performs a smart sync if the device is online.
