Scheduled Data Purge is similar to scheduled configuration sync, the app only prompts you to do data purge at the interval configured by your administrator if connectivity is available.

Click Clean Up Now to start the data purge. It is executed in the same way it is done for manual data purge, including the check for mobile configuration changes before starting. For more details, refer purge data.

If you click Clean Up Later when prompted, a conflict badge is displayed next to the Purge Data option in the left panel of the Tools page. Similarly, you will also see a conflict badge on the Tools options in the navigation bar.
