Key Features of Map View
Following are the indicators available in the map view:
• Blue dot indicates technician current location
• Home icon indicates technician home address

The home address refers to the home address of Technician record associated with your Salesforce username. It can be changed only in Salesforce online. Perform a configuration sync to download any changes to it.

• Blue pin indicates location of an assigned work order
• Blue route line starts from the technician home location and connects all work orders for that day. The route is plotted in the order of how the work orders appear on the calendar. The route is a closed loop with the starting and ending point being the technician's home location.
