Events related to Case or Work Order records are color coded based on their priority. The colors to be used for High, Medium, Low, and other values can be defined as values of global configuration settings SET001 to SET004 (Module: ServiceMax iPad Client, Submodule Calendar). The applicable color is displayed in the accent bar, as a narrow vertical band on the left side of the event, not the entire event block. The following colors are displayed based on the priority of the Case or Work Order:

Red - High

Blue - Medium

Yellow- Low

Green - When priority is not high, medium or low, user events
