Event Display Value
The information displayed on all events is determined by the value of group configuration settings SET005 and SET006 (Module: ServiceMax iPad Client; Submodule: Calendar). SET005 defines the value to be used for Salesforce Event, and SET006 defines the value to be used for ServiceMax Event. By default, the value of these settings is blank and your administrator can set them to any optional static text in combination with one or more event fields.
If you use Event Subject Rules, the event subject is set based on the values of the configured Work Order fields, when you schedule work orders using Dispatch Console. To display this event subject in the app, {Subject} can be defined for SET005 (Module: ServiceMax iPad Client; Submodule: Calendar) and {Name} can be defined for SET006 (Module: ServiceMax iPad Client; Submodule: Calendar).
If the value of the settings is blank, information displayed in calendar Day View, Week View, and Month View for Work Order events is as follows. For user events, the event subject is displayed.
