Add Product Image
Product image is downloaded as part of Initial Sync and Data Sync.
If the Include Image check box is enabled on Field Inventory Setup, then the Part Detail view is displayed with an image placeholder.
If the Include Image check box is disabled on Field Inventory Setup, then the Part Detail view is displayed without an image placeholder, and the text is moved to the left.
You can display the product image in the Part Details page using the following steps:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Field Inventory Configuration. The Field Inventory Setup page is displayed.
2. In the Parts Detail View, select the Include Part Image check box and also specify the Attachment File Name from the drop-down list. For example, Product Name, Product Code or Product Description, and so on.

Only png, jpg, and jpeg image files are supported. Max size of each image file should be less than 1MB. The name of the attachment added should exactly match the value of the field selected from the Attachment File Name drop-down list.
3. Save the configuration.
4. The product image should be added under the Notes/Attachments section of the respective product record. If your administrator configures the Global Setting GBL037 to true, the attachments are stored as Salesforce Files. You can preview and download the product image of type Files from the server. For more information, see Salesforce Files.
5. Perform a Config Sync followed by Data Sync to download the configuration and product image successfully.

Step 5 is required only when you are enabling Mobile Inventory at a later point for the technician.
