Viewing the Location Details Screen
The Location Details screen allows you to view and take action on the following features for the location. The features are available if your administrator has configured them.
Tag - You can tag the location.
Request - Tap the Request icon to create and submit a customer request.
Chat - Tap the Chat icon to initiate or continue the location-based conversation.
Information - View location information.
Records - View the list of files associated with the location.
