Work Order View Fields
For Work Order views listed below the queues, the Work Order fields you see and their sequence are determined by what your ServiceMax admin has configured in Dispatch Console Views configuration screen.

• You will see Date and Date Time fields always displayed in your Salesforce time zone and locale.
• Name field values are displayed for lookup fields.
