About Work Order Queues
When you launch Dispatch Console, Queues configured for you by your ServiceMax admin appear in the Views. Selecting a queue lists all the work orders which have the selected queue as the owner.

You cannot set a Queue as your default view.

Work Order Queues - Scope and Limits
A Work Order Queue is listed in Dispatch Console, if you have queue membership through one or more of the following:
• User, Partner User
• User Role, Portal Role
• Public Group to which the User is added directly
If you have queue membership through other means, such queues are not listed. Unsupported queue membership includes the following:
• Roles and Internal Subordinates
• Roles, Internal and Portal Subordinates
• Portal Roles and Subordinates
• Public Groups to which user's Role, Portal Role, another Public Group are added
